Started without a Mentor is Scary!
You
see getting started as a investor (that's what Zippy Mentor is for) is not easy.
It's scary. Clients being held back by fear, lack of knowledge, lack of
experience and afraid of not knowing what they are doing and getting in over
their heads is a very common. These fears are holding tens of thousands of
investors back - which is good for you and bad for them. Investors know it really is not as hard as one would think to get into real estate investing - the fear of the what if's holds most people back and that's good for investors who don't want to get in bidding wars.
You want to break out of your fears and comfort zone holding you back. You have tried before and been shocked those around you that you expected to be the most supporting were not. They may have and continue to even try to hold you back. They mean well and often care about you, but their own fears hold them back and when you try to move past yours you make them uncomfortable. Just think of when people you know started doing new and big things that you thought were risky or unsafe - how did that make you feel? the demand for Zippy Mentor would be more than we can
handle if we accepted every student.
So there is an application process and we can not accept every
applicant. More than just being able to pay for the mentoring - you have to
demonstrate to us a willingness to learn and a desire to get started. It would
be wrong of us to take your money if we believe your going to park the mentoring
we give you in your knowledge bank with the other seminars you have bought and do nothing with it.
There is
no set time line for when you get started - and more importantly you don't want
to rush in. Finding the right property to get started on is vital. Getting
started on the wrong property and having a bad experience can cripple your
mental thinking and focus to stay in the game. Just like a good coach, in the
mentorship we are going to look over the deals with you and if we think it's not
a good deal we will advise you of our opinion. The final choice is yours on what
you want to do - we are here to coach and mentor you - not boss you around and
run your life. We want to see you grow as a investor and become less and less
dependant on the Mentorship program. We won't kick you out of the mentorship
program once you're in (well unless you become a problem or are unteachable or
if we believe we can no longer mentor you to success).

Those who are accepted into the Zippy
Mentor program will become part of the inner circle for this coaching/mentor
program. We do not make public the methods we teach our students for investing and each student
must agree to keep secret what they learn and they will be required to sign disclosures to protect this
program before they are accepted.
There are other established
groups of investors out there who sadly don't want new people getting in and
like having the upper hand - making public our plans to help you in the
Zippy Mentor program would not be in your best interest or ours.
We will not take more students that we can manage to mentor and reserve the right to stop accepting students.
As part of the program an ownership interest is required in the properties you aquire through the mentoring program.
One may ask why others would teach what they know for only a $100 a month and the answer is simple. We do simply because a
modest $100 a month shows commitment and students will take serious the program if they are paying for it. The real
profit the mentors in the program make are in profit sharing on the properties. If you do not wish to share ownership
interest in the properties you obtain then you can not apply or be accepted into this mentorship program. Depending on
what each student brings to each deal the percent of ownership and control is determined. Your reward is based upon the
level of risk you take on each deal, but you will not be permitted in the program to take on risks that are deemed to high as
we do not want students getting beyond what we feel they should be taking on.
The
Zippy Mentor program is not required to use or benefit from Zippy Investor or
Zippy Business. You may already be established or simply not interested in what
this program has to offer and are not required to use it to use our other business and investor
programs.

TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP
There is a $300 enrollment fee to activate your membership. The monthly memembership fee is billed quarterly. We offer a discount for 6 month membership pre-payment ($100 discount) and 12 month membership pre-payment ($300).
In the event you are not approved for mentorship your enrollment fee and monthly fees paid up front are 100% refundable.
We
will email you the application after payment for the enrollment fee and membership fees are paid.
You will be auto billed per the billing agreementn you choose as long as you remain a member in the program.
You can cancel anytime no questions asked, but no membership or enrollment fees are refundable nor are pro-rated membership fees given. You must be ready to commit to the program before you begin and ready to stick with it.
If your looking for us to
be your private bank and personally put up money for you on your deals - that is not the intent of this program. On a good deal you find we may bring to the table private investors, but what each student and investor offers on each deal is done on a
case by case basis.
On each deal done in the mentorship program we want them to cash flow (meaning the total real cash expenses less gross
income will result in income). There is always a ownership interest requirement on each deal done in the mentorship program of at least one other party although there may be more depending on what you are offering on the deal.
The monthly membership fee
to be a student is locked in and will not rise as long as you remain a member
regardless of how many deals you do or don't do. The monthly membership fee is
non refundable regardless of how many deals you do or don't do. No promise of any earnings is made with this program. This is for the mentoring program and we make no claim of any promise of any earnings, profit or income from the program. If you don't do anything in the program or do anything we teach you or try to do anything you are not going to likely do any deals. This is not a get rich quick deal for you.
Most of your mentoring will be through email as our coaches can not talk on the phone or personally visit with you on your deals each day as there is not enough time. You will be encouraged to interact with other students we think can help you on your deal or who need what you can offer on a deal they are doing. You are not required to work with a student if you do not feel there is going to be a good business relationship with it.
There is always a ownership interest requirement in the program with your mentor. They offer to mentor you in return for profit sharing.
A deal
is worth nothing to you if you can't get it done and closed - thus the benefit
of having a mentor to help you get them done and closed.
Your mentor(s) in the program are here to help you.
Don't ever
hesitate to ask questions when you need help, but don't abuse the program or the mentors in flooding them with emails or calls. If
you do we will have to drop you as a student after three warnings.
This is the only mentorship program of its kind we know of and it is on track to make future millionaires with it.
To get
